Requirements for hosting an event
- Dedicated room for the event
- The ability for all attendees to sit at a table – 6 to 8 per table is fine.
- Blank wall and/or screen for projecting presentation slides
- Flip Chart Stand / Paper (if held outside San Diego County)
- Refreshments appropriate to your group
